Hajime Sorayama x OriginalFake Companion
What happens when you put 2 of the worlds best artist together?
Hajime Sorayama is known world-wide for his imaginative and highly accomplished paintings of beautiful women. Using brush, pencil and acrylic paint, airbrushing only finishing details, he creates memorable images in a hyper-realistic style.

He is often referred to as the contemporary Vargas by those familiar with his pin-up style works, and is respected by artists and illustrators for his perfect technique.

In retrospect, Sorayama's work has been remarkably prescient. Beginning in the 1970's and evolving into the 21st century, the futuristic aura of the robotic, mythic and fantastical figures in his art have always been and always will be ahead of their time.

...and need i say more about KAWS aka Original Fake? pffft....his work has been featured in hundreds of magazines around the world and has even made major headlines with his collaborative efforts over the past couple of years. If you have not heard of him, i'm speechless. Without further delay, lets get straight into more details about this insane collaboration.

This new collaborative effort has resulted in a 33cm metallic mind blowing mickey companion which i must say is a masterpiece. Suggested retail price between $963 USD (¥92,400 JPY) - $1100 USD so be sure to save up.

Kaws X Trek Madone 6.9
Do you like bikes? Do you like Kaws?
To launch the new "Stages" art bike campaign, which proposes to expand the Livestrong Foundation's world wide battle against cancer, Lance Armstrong asked art/design superguy Kaws to treat a Trek Madone 6.9 road bike with his special brand of graphic fabulousness. Complete with signature XX eyes and Chomper teeth the frame also hides Lance's WNW (Winners Not Whiners) 2009 motto.
The bike's debut performance is set for the upcoming Milan-San Remo race.
